Procedure
1 Cut steak into cubes.
2 Heat oil and add mustard seeds.
3 When mustard seeds start crackling add fenugreek, garlic, ginger and onion.
4 Fry until onions are golden.
5 Add turmeric and fry 1 minute.
6 Add coriander, cumin and chilli, stir well.
7 Add salt, vinegar and fry until liquid evaporates.
8 Sprinkle in the garam masala and mix well.
9 Add meat and turn till coated.
10 Add extra vinegar if spices start to stick.
11 Reduce heat, cover and simmer for 1.
12 5 - 2 hours.
13 Add cubed potatoes and cover.
14 Cook for a further 20-30 minutes or until potatoes are cooked.
15 Garnish with fresh coriander.

Cumin Seeds 1 Teaspoon
Chilli Powder 2 Tbsp
Salt 3 Teaspoon
Vinegar 2 Tbsp Chopped
Garam Masala Powder 2 Tbsp
Potatoes 750 Grams Cubed
Coriander Leaves 2 Tbsp Chopped
