Procedure
1 Mix well together, the oil, mustard seeds, onion seeds, fennel seeds, whole red chillies and onions.
2 Cook covered at High heat for 3 minutes stirring once.
3 Remove this mixture from the dish and to the same dish, add chicken, mix well to coat it properly with the oil in the dish.
4 Cook covered, at High heat for 5 minutes.
5 Stir and cook uncovered, at 70% for 10 minutes, stirring once.
6 In case the chicken becomes tender but the liquid is in excess, remove the chicken and dry up the liquid by cooking at High heat.
7 Mix in the tomato puree and cook uncovered, at High heat for 5 minutes.
8 Mix in the onion mixture, salt, chilli powder and turmeric.
9 Cook at 70% for 5 minutes.
10 Serve hot.
