Tarragon Turkey and Pasta Salad

\n 2 1/2 C. uncooked pasta nuggets (radiatore)
\n1 (6 oz.) pkg. frozen snow pea pods, thawed
\n and cut in half diagonally
\n1 1/2 C. cubed cooked turkey breast
\n1 C. seedless red grapes, halved if lrg.
\n1/2 C. chopped red onion
\n1/2 C. coarsely shredded carrot
\n1/2 C. reduced-fat sour cream
\n1/3 C. nonfat yogurt
\n2 Tbsp. Watkins Parisienne Mustard
\n3/4 to 1 tsp. Watkins Tarragon, to taste
\n1/4 tsp. Watkins Black Pepper
\nSalt, to taste
\nLow-fat milk, to desired consistency

Cook pasta according to pkg. directions; drain, rinse with cold water and drain again. Place in lrg. salad bowl along with pea pods, turkey, grapes, onion, and carrot; toss gently.

Mix together sour cream and remaining ingredients; \nmix well. Pour over salad and toss to coat evenly. Refrigerate until servings time.

Makes approximately 6 servings
