Butter Chicken

Procedure
1 Marinate the chicken in the marinade for 1 hour.
2 Heat oil in a pan and fry the chicken for 10 minutes.
3 Remove the chicken and keep aside.
4 In the remaining oil, fry the chopped onions till golden, then add the ginger garlic paste and fry sprinkling some water now and then till oil separates.
5 Add the cashewnut paste, chilli powder, tomato paste and cook for 10 minutes.
6 Add the butter, cream and chicken.
7 Mix well and cook until it is done.
8 Garnish with cilantro.

Cashewnuts 15 Made into a paste using water
Ginger Garlic Paste 1 Tbsp
Onion 2 Chopped
Tomato 2 Blended
Chicken 1 Cut into pieces
Butter 2 Tbsp
Thick Cream 3 Tbsp
Chilli Powder 1 Tbsp
Mustard Oil 1 Tablespoon
Coriander Leaves As Required For garnishing
Tandoori Masala 1 Tbsp
Garam Masala Powder 1/2 Tbsp
Lemon Juice 2 Teaspoon
Cumin Seeds 1/2 Teaspoon Powder
Yogurt 5 Tbsp
Salt To Taste
