Bengali-style Prawns Curry

Procedure
1 Pat dry and marinate the prawns with chilli powder, turmeric powder, pepper powder, lemon juice and salt.
2 Keep aside for 5-10 minutes.
3 Heat Mustard oil in a frying pan, add mustard seeds, coriander seeds and when they splutter, add onions and fry until golden brown.
4 Add ginger garlic paste and fry till brown.
5 To this, add tomatoes, green chilli, salt and keep stiring occasionally for 8-10 minutes or until the gravy becomes thick.
6 Add prawns and simmer for 5 minutes stiring occasionally.
7 Sprinkle cumin powder over and cook for a minute.
8 Garnish with coriander leaves and serve with steamed rice or crisp roties.

Mustard Seeds 1 Tbsp
Ground Coriander 1 Tablespoon
Onion 2 - 3 Chopped
Ginger Garlic Paste 2 - 3 Tbsp
Tomato 2-3 Chopped
Green Chilli 6
Cumin Powder 1 Tbsp
Coriander Leaves 2 - 3 Tbsp Chopped
