Amritsari Machhali

Procedure
1 Make paste of ginger, garlic, green chilli, all spice powders, salt along with colour.
2 To this add rice flour with little water making a thick batter.
3 Clean the fish and cut into pieces.
4 Rub with lemon juice and keep aside for half an hour.
5 Put these pieces in the marinade and allow to stand for about 20-30 minutes.
6 Heat oil in a pan (kadai) and fry fish pieces.
7 Garnish with fresh mint leaves.

Mint Leaves Few Chopped For Granshing
Ginger 20 Gram
Rice Flour 3/4 Cup
Garam Masala Powder 1 Tbsp
Carom Seeds 2 & 1/2 Teaspoon
Fish 1 Lb Fillets
Cumin Powder 2 Tbsp Roasted
Edible Colour 1 Tbsp Orange
Black Pepper 1/2 Teaspoon
Green Chilli 2
Lemon Juice 3 Teaspoon
Salt To Taste
