Marinated Broccoli and Cauliflower

1 1/2 lb. cauliflower
1 1/2 lb. broccoli
1 C. cider vinegar
1 Tbsp. sugar
1 Tbsp. dill weed
1 tsp. salt
1 tsp. pepper
1 Tbsp. garlic salt
1/2 C. canola oil

Break cauliflower and broccoli into florets. Mix remaining ingredients and pour over vegetables. Refrigerate for at least 24 hr..

Drain well before servings.
